Some frequently asked questions..

Where are you located?

1

As of right now, I am located in a professional Salon Suite in Sherwood Park, just off of Broadmoor Blvd. As of September 2026, I will be working at Homesick Tattoo in Mayfield!

How much do you charge?

2

My hourly rate is $150, with an additional $30 supply fee per session. GST is also applied to the final price. Flash pieces are a flat price.

How much are consultations?

3

Free! They typically take 15-20 minutes.

Do you have a minimum rate for tattoos that take less than an hour?

4

Yes! Tattoos that take less than an hour are charged a flat minimum rate of $150. Anything taking an hour or just over will be charged my hourly rate, plus supply fee and GST ($189.00).

Do you require a deposit?

5

Yes, I do. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment, and it will be applied to the final price of your tattoo at the end of your session.

I typically don’t share designs in advance, as I may complete them closer to your appointment (sometimes the night prior). During the consultation, I gather all the necessary details to ensure the design reflects your vision. Additionally, I schedule enough time between bookings to accommodate any tweaks or adjustments you’d like to make on the day of your appointment.

Can you show me my design beforehand?

6

How long have you been tattooing?

7

I’ve been tattooing for approximately over 4 ½ years. I apprenticed under my mentor, Katherine Wells.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

8

Make sure you get a good sleep the night before your appointment, have a decent well-balance meal before hand, and ensure you are hydrated. Do not come in hungover, you will absolutely hate your life. You can also prep your skin for your appointment by exfoliating 1-2 a week before your appointment paired with heavy moisturizing. This helps the the tattoo process SIGNIFICANTLY before I work on you. Just trust me on this one.

Should I shave before my appointment?

9

Shaving before your appointment is not required, as I usually handle this step before placing the stencil. However, if you prefer to shave beforehand, please do so on the day of your appointment. Make sure to wet shave and moisturize the area afterward to avoid irritation.

Can I bring a friend to my appointment?

10

Yes, you’re welcome to bring someone along! Just let me know in advance.

What tattoo styles are you most experienced with?

11

I specialize in fine line work, script, dainty/delicate designs, floral tattoos, illustrative pieces, Japanese-inspired designs, and American traditional styles. Im quite comfortable with most styles, but if there is a project I don’t feel 100% confident in I will let you know and recommend artists in the industry I know that would be a great fit for your project!

Do you allow children in your studio?

12

For safety reasons, children are not permitted in the studio. This is due to the presence of sharp objects, medical-grade cleaning chemicals, and potential biohazards.

Do you tattoo hands?

13

Yes, I do, and I love working on hand tattoos! However, I always inform my clients that hand tattoos are highly volatile and may require multiple second-sessions (charged hourly).

Do you tattoo minors?

14

I do not. All clients must be 18+.

Do you offer touch-ups?

Yes, I do! Touch-ups are only charged a supply fee of $30. For areas like hands and feet, which often require additional work, second sessions are charged at the hourly rate.
